Disgraceful and Criminal. Took my exotic car here to get some work done. While they fixed one issue, I was told that i needed over $20,000 of additional work. I of course took it for second and third opinions. I picked up the car and paid for the work they completed as well as oil change and brake flush which WAS proven NOT done. When i took it to the other places, both said that neither fluids were changed and I did not need any of the items fixed for $20k. Why do people insist on cheating people out of their hard earned money. I actually had to have to car shipped up to NY to get honest people to check out the car. So happy i was able to save thousands by NOT having SRQ Motorports do the work! I will be sure to let everyone know what kind of morals these people have.
Eddie Lynch, I am absolutely flabbergasted by your response and your opinion of our service. Not only did SRQ Motorsports save you thousands and thousands of dollars by machining your exhaust manifold rather than selling you a new one, my technicians and myself spent hours with you to make sure you were fully briefed on the situation of your exhaust system and the results of the oil service and service inspection (which you were sent visual documentation of, and by the way, I still have on record). I understand why you would get a second opinion or even another estimate for services suggested, however the proof is in the visual evidence we keep of the inspection. Everything you have stated is absolutely false and can be proven by our documenting records we keep. I will not even speculate why you think your fluids weren't changed (even when you insisted on bringing your own oil). I also find it very strange that you don't list your name when giving such a terrible review or even addressing the issue with the shop directly, what are you trying to hide? What is your motive?
